Have been using Robert's Floral for Christmas and Birthdays for my family for over 4 years straight! They are always on top of it. Love working with them. Their website is easy to use, and they are always very kind if you call a order in. I appreciate their in house delivery service since I do not live nearby.
I called Roberts late this morning as another florist had failed to deliver to my niece on her birthday yesterday. They were fantastic. They put together a beautiful bouquet for a 10 year old with no notice and got it to her straight away. What excellent customer service! She was over the moon!
We were wanting a statement arrangement for our friends 50th wedding anniversary that we could not attend. We live in Florida and it just wasn’t going to work out. This florist went above and beyond delivering 50yellow roses 🌹in a clear glass cylinder! Absolutely beautiful! My friends said it literally “made” the event!!!
