Holly made transferring my license to North Dakota a breeze. She answered any questions I had very kindly and was also very helpful on what the required steps were along the way. Overall I had a lovely experience! Thank you Holly.

So helpful when trying to get licensed in another state, they were so kind and told me exactly what I needed to do! I got to talk to the same lady when I had questions so it never got confusing and she remembered me! Affordable rates as far as other states go as well. All around I’ve never had a bad experience with renewals or anything.

Our Mission is to ensure the health and safety of North Dakota consumers by promoting ethical standards and by enforcing the laws of the beauty industry. The ND State Board of Cosmetology Regulates and Licenses all cosmetologists, manicurists, estheticians, instructors, students, schools, and salons. It is the duty of the board to protect the public health, welfare, and safety through the prevention of the creating and spreading of infectious and contagious diseases.
