Even that was one off the worse day of my life ,I have to put my Bruno to sleep, the service ,the care, the compasión, the empathy ,the human touched from this place is 1st class, From the ladies on the front, to the doctors, I have no words to express my gratitude. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
I had a wonderful experience at Missouri Valley Vet with my dachshund's recent check-up & teeth cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly kind to both pets and their owners. I was particularly impressed with their empathy when I expressed concern about my pup undergoing anesthesia. The front desk staff called me as soon as the procedure was complete to reassure me and let me know I could pick him up early. They even went the extra mile to give him a little brushing since he had a bit of bed head! It's clear that Missouri Valley Vet genuinely cares about their patients and pet owner. Highly recommended!
Took my tortoise in for some breathing issues and saw Dr. Crystal Scott. She was an amazing vet. Took good care of my tortoise, answered all my many questions and showed me how to administer his medication.
