I am facing challenges as a person with a disability due to a brain injury, and unfortunately, many people struggle to comprehend the difficulties I encounter or understand how to interact with me. Currently, I am attempting to arrange an appointment for my service animal to be seen by Dr. Kelly. Despite reaching out to Lewis and Clark three times, the situation remains unresolved. During my initial contact, I was informed of a wait time ranging from six months to a year, which is impractical given the urgency of my dog's condition. After exploring other veterinary options, I encountered waitlists at every turn. In my second attempt, I left a personal message for Dr. Kelly, detailing my situation and earnestly pleading for him to prioritize my dog's case, based on the recommendations I received about his expertise. Unfortunately, I did not receive a callback. In my third attempt today, I was informed that Dr. Kelly was not in the office, and the call was abruptly ended. Despite this, I called again, uncertain of the reason. I must express my deep disappointment in the treatment I have received throughout this process. The lack of responsiveness and the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff are truly disheartening. It is disconcerting to witness such a level of disregard for the well-being of my service animal, especially considering the recommendations I received regarding Dr. Kelly. I find this entire experience utterly unacceptable and, frankly, disgusting. The behavior of your staff reflects poorly on your organization, and I implore you to address this issue promptly. Shame on you and your staff for neglecting the needs of those in vulnerable situations.

Poor communication from scheduling to post op. Did not provide clear, or written discharge instructions. Would not recommend Dr. Green perform nares surgery. She really didn't even do the procedure, but charged a lot for it. Difficult to get vet records from her. Will not go back to Dr. Green.

We took our dog to Lewis and Clark Animal Hospital after looking at their reviews. We had our dog seen in AZ for blood work, tests and exams but wanted a follow up in Bismarck because we were travelining here and the test results were not available for a coupkle days. We were coming here so we had all records Transferred to them and made an appointment. When we got to town we called and got right in. Once there we explained that our dog was prescribed and couldn't take pain med as he would have adverse reaction and hard breathing and couldn't walk. They did the exam and Xray's and an ultrasound recommended more tests in a week and then prescribed the same pain meds just a lower dose and said if he had any issues to call back immediately. Within 2 hours he could not walk and had trouble breathing. (Jessica was the original vet and seemed very good). When we called back, we explained to the desk person what had happened, and that Jessica said to call if any problems with meds etc. When we got there Jessica was off work and another Vet checked his breathing and Oxygen rate said everything looked good but stop the pain meds and sent us home. We were home for less than 2 hours after first visit when the problem occurred and were at their office for the second visit less than 5 minutes the second time. The new Vet said stay in touch and we left. 5 minutes after we got home the front desk receptionist called and said we never paid our bill??? I said we paid over 370 for the office visit x-rays and ultrasound and they said no the emergency visit and they wanted another $95 for the 5 minutes it took to tell us his breathing was good and to stop the pain, Meds. I guess she (2nd Vet) wanted her cut so they figured another bill for EMERGENCY CARE VISIT. I think they are just a little Money Hungry and could have cared less about our dog. I have since talked to others who feel the same way. Without even caring about the previous visit just wanted more. OUR OPIONION THESE PEOPLE AT LEWIS AND CLARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL ARE RIP OFFS THAT ARE TRYING TO PAY FOR THEIR NEW OFFICE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE (LITERALLY) GO SOME WHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE HAPPIER.
