“Beautiful arrangements received from Ken's for my nephew's funeral. Made the mistake of ordering through Telefloral - didn't know what a nightmare that would become! (Order through flowershop!!!!). Both Laura and her assistant really took time to listen and go through multiple options as we tried to figure out what we were looking for.
