The first time the patient was adjusted by Dr. Chase, they were so impressed with how their body responded, and now see him regularly. The office was able to get a new patient in within 20 minutes when they called. The office ladies were prompt and kind over the phone. Once the patient arrived, they were greeted immediately and handed their new patient paperwork. The staff was very pleasant and kind, and explained the paperwork well. Once the paperwork was completed, the patient was quickly taken back to an exam room where they waited for Dr. Enget. He arrived promptly with a smile on his face, introduced himself, and welcomed the patient to the clinic. He was very pleasant and made the patient feel like they were in good hands. He did a thorough exam of the patient's back and neck, and asked many questions to ensure the patient received the proper treatment. Once the adjustment was done, the patient felt immediately better.
