About Zebulon Rehabilitation Center
The Zebulon Rehabilitation Center provides high-quality care to its patients. The physical therapy staff is pleasant to work with, and the nurses, nurse's aides, and therapists are dedicated to helping patients recover. The center's director of nursing, Sandra, goes above and beyond to make patients feel like they have a family member beside them, frequently checking on them. The staff is caring and engaged, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. Patients have received outstanding care and compassionate attention from all staff members. Despite its location, the center is well worth the extra effort, with exceptional rehabilitation programs and a high level of care. The facility is not new but is well maintained, and everyone strives to make each stay as pleasant as possible.

I have been very pleased with my Two week stay at Zebulon Rehab facility. The admissions director Pam was very helpful in setting up my admission and was waiting for me to arrive. She met with me as soon as I got there and followed me to my assigned room to make sure everything was ok. Pam was able to get me into a private room within two days of my arrival and continued to check on me frequently. Everyone in this facility is very attentive and strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The Director of Nursing Sandra has also checked on me from time to time. My mother has been there now for several months. She has chronic COPD and is slightly paralyzed so can't walk much nor really take care of herself, therefore can no longer live alone. She has had a tough time with this change. However the Admission Director, Pam, Social Worker, Tracey, and Director of Nursing, Sandra, have been great to work with. They have helped me every step of the way. Would highly recommend them and appreciate everything they continue to do!
