My cats seem to genuinely like the vets and techs, which is a huge plus. Dr. Rose and Dr. Palmer both are lovely people who clearly enjoy what they do. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful when I call for anything. They are almost always punctual, rarely do I have to wait beyond my scheduled appt. time. When there is a delay (emergencies happen, I understand!) someone communicates with us so we know. Last year when we had to say goodbye to our old lady kitty, we got a lovely card in the mail signed by everyone who had taken care of her, which meant and still means a lot. Very happy with the care we’ve gotten here over the years.
I'm thankful for the web-based system that allows me to chat and set up appointments if I want to use it. Dr Edwards always takes her time and is very thorough, and patient with my questions.
