When I called and explained my backyard was flooded, Tom took the time to listen and was more than willing to walked me thru the steps to turn the water for my sprinklers off. When I was unable to take care of it he said he would come out that afternoon, on a Saturday. He came out looked at everything, explained what needed to be done. Took time to dig to find a second valve box. I had an estimate for the work on Sunday morning. He came out the next Tuesday, fixed everything, moved the rock back and cleaned up everything. Sent me a text that everything was finished and working. I will definitely call him again for repairs, and will recommend him to all my friends. Thanks again Tom“

You know you're going to get your money's worth, plus some, with Brooks. He doesn't leave a stone unturned. He has built us a custom front porch gate, so our dog can enjoy being on the front porch. “Tony and Michael did many maintenance jobs on my home. They were pleasant, professional, informative and kept me updated on issues. These two worked in the hottest weather (100 degree) NC has ever seen. Through no fault of theirs, the job took longer than either of us planned, ordered items did not come in on time.
