When I called and explained my backyard was flooded, Tom took the time to listen and was more than willing to walked me thru the steps to turn the water for my sprinklers off. When I was unable to take care of it he said he would come out that afternoon, on a Saturday. He came out looked at everything, explained what needed to be done. Took time to dig to find a second valve box. I had an estimate for the work on Sunday morning. He came out the next Tuesday, fixed everything, moved the rock back and cleaned up everything.
