At Goodlife Wellness Group PLLC: We offer both in-person and Teletherapy options. We help you work through your challenges such as anger issues, relationships, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), obsessive and compulsive disorders, parenting challenges and more. Our team creates a supportive environment where we offer specialized services to treat the whole person. Our providers create hope, inspire growth and support change and transitions. Our team specializes in tailoring your mental health plan to your specific life and needs. We communicate, elaborate and educate to give you the tools you need to reach your goals.

Mr. Mic was a blessing from God for my wife and I, we each got so much from him individually that benefited us solely, but most importantly it was the most impactful to saving our marriage. There is nothing surface level about Mr. Mic's approach, he gathers all the details, the context, backstory, and more then turns that into a plan/process to pull out of you things you may have never realized. Be prepared to work and go deep, my wife and I did, and after being together in total for 18 years our marriage is flourishing.
