Brian was incredibly helpful in finding a buried main valve line, diagnosing the situation, and finding the resolution. Devon's professionalism is absolutely loved. Blaze takes care of their customers and is highly recommended for any issues.
We were experiencing some weird electrical issues with lights flickering, power outages, light switches controlling the wrong lights and smoke coming out of a light fixture. Of course it was Sunday. For peace of mind we could not wait until regular hours on Monday because I was afraid of the potential of an electrical fire with all that we were experiencing. Everyone at Blaze from the first call to the last technician was a wonderful experience. When I originally called, Michelle informed me that not only does Blaze NOT up-charge a service call for an emergency like ours, they also don’t up-charge for a Sunday service call. AND Michelle said they could dispatch a tech within a couple of hours. She bettered her own promise and we had a technician at our house in under an hour after placing the call. Kyair (electrician) could not have been nicer or more professional!! He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He checked all the electrical concerns we had experienced today and reassured me there was no longer a safety issue related to all those electrical concerns. I appreciate the extra care, concern and impeccable customer service Kyair provided especially during a very stressful situation. After Kyair checked everything out from an electrical standpoint, he noticed the thermostat didn’t come back on. He even tried taking a look at the HVAC system but suggested we request a Blaze HVAC tech because he didn’t know anything about HVAC. I put in another call to Blaze and once again they sent out a HVAC tech in under an hour. Mind you, it is still Sunday but now it’s around 4pm. Venancio known as V was here within the hour and stayed almost 3 hours trying to troubleshoot the HVAC problem. Like Kyair, V was also very thorough, professional, answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing and advised me on next steps. I can’t speak highly enough of Kyair and Venancio and Blaze after my experience(s) today. The customer service (and peace of mind) I received was exceptional. I highly recommend Blaze for any issues you may be experiencing. They definitely take care of their customers.

My technician was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on what the problem was and how it needed to be resolved regardless who did the work. While the cost was more than I expected and really wanted to spend, considering the level of customer service I received, I have no regrets and it was worth every penny.
