Dave and Lisa are the best. Messages are replied to quickly, work scheduled as soon as possible, arrive on time during the agreed upon window , respectful of homes - use mats and towels to place appliances on instead of just on the floor or counter, fair pricing, professional, easy to work with, and just an all around great team. Would recommend them over and over!

So impressed with Appliance Repair Solutions. I have a 23 year old fridge that I called and left a message to see if I could have someone come out and take a look. They called me back later that same day, which is hard to get anyone to even return calls today, and was very personable and professional. I was able to get an appointment that same week and she told me Dave would call back with a 2 hour window on day of service. Not only did he call first thing that morning to give me a time frame, he also called and updated me to let me know when he was on his way and what time he was expected to arrive.
