Dr. Ian has helped relieve chronic back pain that I was suffering from for almost a year after working a job that required I sit in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Not only has he helped me with my chronic pain, but he has also helped me build awareness in my body through the vehicle of my breath. He combines a number of holistic modalities that help your body feel great and aligned. Not to mention the oh so satisfying and relieving cracks and pops he will get out of you. 10/10 I recommend!

Dr. Ian’s care has not only provided me with relief to some neck tension and pain, but he has also been helping me tremendously with my TMJ/jaw tension and pain. I’ve never experienced such relief from my jaw issues in any other therapeutic modality that Ive tried. I’m 40 and I’d never been to a chiropractor before and after my first visit, I was surprised with how I was able to move and dance with greater ease and fun in my body.

I have received massage therapy on a regular basis for the past 25 years and for the past year I have been working with Cora Fuller the massage therapist at the Evolve Family office. I can honestly say she is one of the best therapist I have ever worked with! Cora is very knowledgeable and communicates well with me to make sure I am receiving exactly what I require for each visit. If I could give her 10 stars I would and of course I highly recommend her!
