I've been a patient of Dr. Jarod Doster for around 20 years. I was told in the late 90's that I'd never be pain-free without a very expensive operation. Heard Dr. Doster on a radio program and figured "what have I got to lose?" Don't know if you can ever completely fix a bad back, but I am pain-free 98% of the time and can do pretty much anything I want without back pain.Everyone associated with this practice has always been professional and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the care I've received over the years. Excellent doctors and staff.

Dr. J. Doster’s treatments have brought me positive progress with the chronic neck pain and limited mobility that I have had for over 20 years! The sometimes-debilitating pain in my lower back is a now a rare occurrence, and the frequent pain in my middle back is gone.Also, I have a rotator cuff injury that had left my right arm (I’m right-handed!) with about 40% mobility. Dr. Doster’s dry needling and pressure techniques for my shoulder and arm are like a miracle. I love the Doster team! They've put the issues around my back health in understandable everyday terms, helped to clarify the billing process with my insurance, and have been incredibly flexible to squeeze me in and work with my messy schedule. The Doster team has truly changed my sleep, my work, my running and biking and dramatically reduced my need for pain meds. It's been life changing.
