This is an outstanding group of professionals. They care about their patients. They take the time to listen and hear your problems and act to alleviate them. I would recommend Physicians East to anyone who is in need of a caring, outstanding group of Physicians and auxiliary personnel.
My experience with scheduling and going through an annual medical check at the Winterville clinic was really smooth and hassle-free. Right from new patient registration, to lab tests and initial review, everything was handled expeditiously and professionally. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful, and the nurse who took my labs was a thorough professional. My physician, Dr. Patel spent optimal time with me to go through my previous records and history. Being a doctor myself, I was very impressed with her comprehensive review of my health status. I would certainly recommend this practice.
I have been a patient at Physicians East Winterville for about seven years now, and have always had a positive experience. The staff, including receptionists, nurses, lab and physicians are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have been seeing Dr. Zhou the whole time but she recently relocated to another city. I saw Dr. Patel for the first time on Tuesday and she is great. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
