Had to come back and edit my review because they did it again. Ms. TRISHAUNA had the outright audacity to give me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced very professional with a dash of southern charm to boot. Then she had the nerve to send out Mr. Ryan who just was all around great guy explained every detail of what was going on with my pipes and what would be needed to be done. Then proceeds to fix it quicker than I could get my thoughts together and did it with all the southern hospitality you could imagine. Even thanked me for my service as a veteran. Cam and Sam with Mr. Rooter were outstanding! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It’s hard to find service professionals who are both knowledgeable and genuinely customer-focused, but Cam and Sam absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. This company did an excellent job and installing my water heater, Cam was very professional and courteous, and cleaned the area when he was done, I definitely recommend this company.
