“I've seen Dr. Smith for since 2016, I love the small office feel. Especially after having bad experiences with ECU Physician's. She really takes time with you. With other doctors I would leave thinking I forgot to mention this or that. But Dr. Smith is so thorough I never worry about that.“

“Casey, the NP is great. So was the nurse ( sorry, forgot her name ). The front office ladies may need some additional customer service training but overall excellent clinical staff. I need a follow-up appointment, so hopefully, that is good also.“

Just kidding but not really ? The staff is super kind and friendly. They treat you with the utmost respect and get you into your appointment quickly. The nurses listen to your input with care and sympathy and relay the message to the man himself, Our dear Dr. J! Now what you must know about Dr. J is that he genuinely cares for his patients. On my worst day i called to book an appointment and was seen the very next day. His exact words to me were, "You are my patient and I care for you". Then, he proceeded to treat me with the most stellar and professional care. I have never and I'm sure, i will never meet another physician like him.
