He was very personable. I really enjoyed our small talk. He asked me what shape I wanted and I advised I wanted colored tips. A lady there showed me all the colors and I picked the red glitter. It looked really nice on the nail. I must say, I loved Jack and I loved the shape and nail quality. I'm not a fan of the color. I feel like he should have done a second coat so you couldn't see through the tips of my nails. Since it's my first time here, I didn't say anything about it but next time I go, I'll come in with a photo of what I want and how I want them to look. Cristina cut my layers very carefully, and she knew that I did not want a lot of hair taken off, so she told me to give myself some time and feel out the cut at home and come back within a few days if I want a little bit more cut off so we don’t accidentally takeoff too much at one time. I came back six days later, and she went through each individual hair layer over the course of half an hour and slowly trimmed around my hair, and she did a phenomenal job. She really took her time and she was very reassuring. She made my first postpartum haircut a wonderful experience, and I am so grateful to her.
