Cashier acted like a robot. Really could have been more friendly with the checkout. I purchased over $100.00 in Clinique products and was expecting the free gift to be added. When I inquired about it, she matter of fact with no emotion whatsoever says “we’re out of it!” She could have at least said “I’m sorry, we have run out of the free gift.” If you could have seen the look on her face. I usually do not complain but this time I have to!!

Walked into Ulta for hair products and was helped by a beautiful salesperson, Jade. Jade helped me with everything I needed and was so knowledgeable about the products. I felt like I was important even though they were so busy for the Holidays. Jade helped me sign up for points on the App, took extra time to find saving coupons, and gave me information about in store services. 5 stars! I would give 10!

Cashiers could have been more friendlyThe staff was helpful on when I need to make an exchange.None of the staff were smiling . They all looked tired.The store was extremely cleanI received a bath bomb that was for $8 for $2They should have more sales or deals on products.
