“Booked a 90 minute massage online and overall the experience was good. There are some other businesses nearby so it is possible you’ll hear sounds going around you (thank you lawn mower at the end of my massage); I believe there are earplugs if you want to use some. Something that did leave a weird taste in my mouth was when paying I said to leave a 20% tip on my $105 total and it was rounded up a few dollars from $21 to $25. The person checking me out did say “20% would be $25 is that okay”. Now the few dollars doesn’t matter, but the principle of not being entirely honest about the math/ not listening to the percent I said has bugged me since I went a few days ago. I would suggest just saying the exact amount you’d like to leave as a tip.“

“I've gotten a number of different facials with various people and my facial with Kristal was by far one of the best I have ever received! She assessed my skin at the start of the facial and went through what she thought would be the best course of action to help the problems I had mentioned. We worked together to come up with a treatment that would target some of my problems, whereas some people I've worked with just decided what they thought and went with it. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand exactly what was going to be happening from feeling as the treatment was happening to aftercare to long-term benefits. I had the facial on Tuesday and my skin looks better than it has in a LONG time (today is Saturday). I've been struggling with acne for the past couple of years and my skin looks noticeably clearer after just one treatment. I can't wait to book my second facial with her, I would recommend Kristal in a heartbeat!“

“My mom and I went and had great services. We both received acrylic full sets with gel polish. Basic set is 50 for this service. Very average. Although the reason this review is 4 stars is due to feeling like I was overcharged. I did receive a French tip painting with a design nail, I don’t feel as my set was worth 70 dollars though? I don’t think the designs are worth 20 dollars. Happy with our services none the less.“
