My wife and I recently hired Triad Pest Control through recommendation of a neighbor after we discovered we had carried some stowaways (Bedbugs) from a trip the beginning of the year. My first reason for choosing Triad was that I was able to speak to someone who could help me immediately. I spoke with Bo who explained the process to me and answered all my questions. Other places just told me they would have someone call me back. We had a scheduled date to begin on Monday and the evening before Nick, our treatment technician, spoke with me at length on the phone and explained all the things we needed to do in order to be prepared for their visit the following morning....read full review
