You may or may not have heard of the Window Source, but believe me, they are the best company to call if you DON'T want a high pressure salesperson coming to your house trying to sell you windows you don't want want.“

I had a roof leak which flooded by front room and Alpha Omega did not respond after multiple calls for help but only after a FB review of their service. Representative Tania finally contacted me and had her fellow manager arrange for a service call which came a day late and left without doing anything as it started as it started rain without doing anything. I spoke with the field manager while his team was on site he committed to having his team back at my home "First thing" in the morning today and he committred repaired and completing work not done by fis company as part of new build commitment to quality . He did not follow thru Nor has the roof technicians arrived to do what he committed to. 1 replace flashing 2 complete Never the completedp post build "punch" clean up repairs 3 Honor the builders contracted roof warranty.“
