I have been using her for years. She's super busy. I drop them off, she gets to my simple return when she can, she calls me when they are done. I come by, we review, I sign, and that's that. She's concise, professional, and to the point, which is all I need. She found mistakes that the big box group made, and I'll never use anyone else.

The staff is very busy; however, this is an organic tax service. In my experience with this provider, they are very thorough, where others services haven't been. I made the switch from box store tax service for a more personal experience. Patience is a virtue, you will need this, for the quality you will receive. If your looking for quick, run of the mill... Not your service. But, like I mentioned above, very professional, and very accretive.
