This was my first time using Salem Electric, and I was extremely pleased with their service. First, I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Second, the two electricians who came showed up on time and were very professional. Finally, the electricians diagnosed my issue and were able to do something another electrician had told me couldn't be done. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely use them again.

PSA for anyone in Winston or surrounding areas. If you need an electrician, check out Salem Electric Co. A friend recommended them a couple years ago and we have used them several times since then for residential things.

They are very responsive and really try to work to fit into your schedule.

Today they were here for about 30 minutes. They fixed an outlet on my back deck & installed an updated light on my front porch.

The last time they were here they spent time and really listened to me about noise I was hearing in the lights in my living room. We worked together and figured out the issue that I've been living with for around 6 years.

These guys do a good job. They're prompt, friendly, have great customer service and they aren't astronomically expensive. I will definitely call them back if I need more electrical work done at home.
