They located a leak inside the home, fixed it and had them look at the water heater as it needed a new element. Before they replaced the elements, they innocence the water heater and found a leak that existed when the last plumber services the water heater. They replaced the water heater, added an expansion tank to bring the water heater up to code. They were very efficient, courteous and super nice. Even cleaned up their mess from each portion of the installation and removal process. “We bought an older home a little over a year ago and have been using A1 Plumbing ever since. When we first moved in, we had a refrigerator line burst and Victor talked my husband through how to shut it off. He never charged us for that phone call. The next time we called, we had a leaky toilet that wasn’t caught during inspection. I was very worried it had leaked through the sub floor (we’d had a flood in our previous home). Scott and Victor were the fastest to respond (this was during Covid and another company we called didn’t even return our call). Scott assured me it hadn’t reached the sub floor but when he saw I was still panicked, he removed the toilet (for free) to show me. Since then they’ve been to our home multiple times for issues ranging from leaky faucets to a cracked water heater. (Like I said - older home) They’re always fast to respond, very personable and extremely fair in their pricing, often pricing products for us before giving us a final quote to make sure we can get the cheapest rate. I trust them for all our plumbing repairs and haven’t bothered to call another company since. 10/10 would recommend and we have recommended them to both family and our neighbors.“

The guys did a great job installing while dealing with a dog trying to get out every other time they needed to come in, bad weather and kids running around. They genuinely did a great job being efficient will still communicating with the family. They even got my dog down and brought her home when I had to leave and she got out so my mother in law could stay with my baby.Cordell, Ethan and Chris were wonderful and the service manager Andrew came out immediately to help with any issues so they could get things done on time!
