“First home visit, and we are very pleased with her service. Dr Klatt is very professional and very caring towards our 35 lbs cat. Straights to the point on what we need to do to prolong our cat baby's life. Going to the vet visit, it was more like going to the war for us since our cat dislikes to be inside a car and inside the carrier. Dr Klatt is a great solution and highly recommended!“

“Great job on my rescue Pedro. I'm sure he'd never been bathed let alone shaved in his 6 yo life. He did great and loved it. Please come to Winston Salem asap!!!“

“Have been taking my 2 canines to Dr. Schill & Dr. Hoffman for many years. One of my canines crossed The Rainbow Bridge on 6/23. The whole staff including Dr. Schill could not have been more compassionate with lots of hugs & tears....an awesome staff who is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my canines to any other vet office.“

“Love this place and you can tell the staff genuinely love animals. They have grooming services and will allow you to keep your pet there for the day if you are working. Great staff and a healthy pup“

“New to the practice but the Dr seems kind and she was gentle with my 2 kitties. We'll definitely be back. Might need them for boarding too“

“No pics but I needed to give this place a review because I have two dogs that I have to board on the regular. Both my dogs hated all the places we have used in the past and I mistakenly thought it was because they didn't like being boarded. They would literally put the brakes on and start whining when I would try to get them in the door anywhere else. I admittedly made fun of "fancy" boarding places in the past but after having happy dogs for drop off and pick up, I am a convert. My bigger dog, Chester LOVES going to RuffHousing because he loves ppl and other dogs, and he gets playtime daily with every stay. Levi, my little grumpy old fella, does not like other dogs and tolerates ppl....even he will happily go in the door at RuffHousing. Something not seen in all of his 15 years! If you have multiple dogs they will allow them to stay together. Staff is helpful and friendly and the facility is clean too. Anyway, it's expensive but I feel better leaving them here and that's worth the extra money to have that peace of mind.“

“Ruff Housing was recommended by a friend. While I was in Winston-Salem to visit my aunt, my dog needed some playtime. Both of us were really happy with her time there. I bought a package of visits because we will be back again.“
