Had got a prebuilt for my partner a while back and finally decided on going to someone for help and i'm absolutely glad I did. Everyone was so warm and friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and for a an incredibly reasonable price too made it worth taking the time to go to them for help. Absolutely will be coming back in the future, 10/10 ??

Wade is the most awesome! Being new to this area, I didn't have a clue who to call when my computer got hacked, and Wade was the one that called me back that was professional, all about business, and with a fair price for his services. From the time I called Personal IT Solutions where they called me back, my problem was easily fixed remotely within thirty to forty five minutes tops, and I was so happy! I now have Wade and his business listed in my who to call phone book, he did an awesome job, didn't over charge me, and had me smiling and working again within minutes. Needed my power port replaced on a gaming laptop. Was a little pricier than I was hoping, but what can you do? Was still way cheaper than buying a new laptop. Staff was professional, job was done quickly, and no extra services were pushed on me. They even cleaned my keyboard and screen for me.
