Very pleased with exceptional service. I had my hand checked due to pain and swelling. I was seen within thirty mins. of being checked in. Front desk, nurse, xray tech & Dr were all very polite and professional. A great service!!

For the past year plus my husband and I have been with care and excellence! The front office could not be more engaged and helpful! If you need Orthopedic Care look no further than here. Big shout out to the front office, Georgia Tanner, Pa-C, Dr. Daubert, Dr. Vikram Aurora (all treatment room staff) and Angie, scheduler/ front desk ( the day I was there was very proactive and I really appreciated how she took charge of the form by completing prior my name, birthday and circled my answers. Everyone I encounter at this facility is wonderful, kind, and attentive. HOWEVER ... The hell that is your phone system has caused me more pain than some of the reasons I visit! Just now, after listening to the same super-long (and, for me, useless) phone message multiple times, you guys hung up on me three times without me speaking a word! I needed a quick answer to what I should do for the unexpected deep pain and stiffness after getting Durolane injections, not wait two days for a "portal" message to be answered, especially since I apparently have to change my password every dang time I try to use the portal!
