Rachel's integrative knowledge of the muscles, fascia, nervous system and energy points is stellar. I had to schedule several weeks ahead, and my massage yesterday was so worth the wait!

I absolutely loved my massage with Rachel. As a new patient she took the time to discuss my concerns and and expected outcomes from our appointment. Her space was warm and relaxing and her massage was excellent. I didn’t know JUST how uncomfortable my lower back and hip were until she made them feel better. I’m looking forward to hooking with Rachel again soon!
