The BEST place in town with authentically carrying people! Amy is a core and Paula is a LET PRO hard to find gem! I'm sure everybody else are great as well I just didn't get chance to interact with them all YET!
Apparently the best Pilates studio in Winston-Salem. I, however, really disliked the teacher I was placed with as she was condescending, which is obviously the last quality one wants in a teacher of a brand new exercise regimen. I felt as if I needed to give them 4 stars for that even though the studio is nice, has lots of class options, & also offers some spa services. Overall, I highly recommend their massages- so amazing!
