Editing my review to reflect the excellent customer service I received after revealing that I had a problem with my experience. I honestly was not expecting things to be handled as well and as professionally as they were. Jessica (manager) is top notch. If anyone has a problem with their service, I recommend contacting her. She takes customer satisfaction very seriously. She has worked to completely reverse my experience and make me extremely satisfied. Thank you Jessica and the rest of the staff at Eye Care Center for everything!

Everything went very smoothly at my appointment, from check in to initial screening and then the appointment with the optometrist. They were very professional and thorough and explained any issues clearly. I also purchased new glasses (frames and lenses), and that process also went well.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tran was awesome! She thoroughly checked my eyes and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend her. I would give her more than five stars if I could.
