Our new refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our food. Parker was the technician who came to help. He was on time and tenaciously investigated all possible options. He answered our questions, ordered the parts needed and replaced them as soon as they arrived. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and then stopped again. Parker came back and fixed another piece. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and stopped again. Parker came back out and contacted Whirlpool and together they found another part that needed replacing. We were giving up on this appliance but Parker was determined to make it work. Mark showed up on time and saved the day! He was able to quickly diagnose, fix, and explain the issue, which for me meant no more hand washing dishes!! Very grateful for the amazing customer service.
Repair Tech's are courteous, and skilled. ( experienced ) Not enough effort is made to acquire needed parts , cost more to wash clothes at laundry mat , than repairs would have been at my expense, rather than getting warranty service . I was able to get the part in 2 days , they waited on for more than a week .
