Our new refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our food. Parker was the technician who came to help. He was on time and tenaciously investigated all possible options. He answered our questions, ordered the parts needed and replaced them as soon as they arrived. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and then stopped again. Parker came back and fixed another piece. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and stopped again. Until I needed to repair my dryer, I did not realize how hard it is nowadays to find a store that sells appliance parts. This place was recommended to me and they proved to be very helpful. They identified the exact parts that I needed, ordered them for me, and were reasonably priced.
