Finn came in with a urinary blockage and had not peed in about 15 hours. Even though the wait time was over 8 hours, they recognized the urgency and took him back immediately. From the start, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, even while I was crying and overwhelmed. They were calm, patient, and never made me feel rushed.

I was very impressed with our first visit to CVS Winston-Salem and appointment with Dr. Hui! We were immediately taken to an exam room on arrival and a technician confirmed the details of our appointment. Dr. Hui went over the diagnostic results, and we left with a clear understanding of the next steps needed for our dog’s treatment.
My partner and I would like to thank everybody that took care of Gary on January 19th and 20th from the bottom of our hearts 🫶🏼 Sleepless nights make remembering names hard, but you know who you are!!! We couldn’t be more grateful to have been met with such profound amounts of kindness, intelligence, gentleness and compassion during such a scary time. Gary is home giving us all the purrs, kisses, head bonks, and slow blinks that we stopped seeing before bringing him to CVS. He’s been eating his new wet food and drinking allll the water and is one happy guy now that his belly feels better.
