been here just about 3 hrs still have not seen a vet my personal vet shall hear about this. my dog got bit by something its swollen and she vomitted twice so not considered life threatening
I’m giving this business a 3 because of the doctors and staff there saved my pet’s life. Doctors Simmerson and Noeller brought our 13 year old chihuahua back from death’s door after an accident. To these 2 ladies I’m infinitely thankful. If I were leaving the place a rating on their business I’d leave a minus 3 if possible. If you take your pet in after hours you must have $1,000 up front before they will help at all. If you don’t have the money up front, you and your dying pet will be turned away for your pet to die. The people here are very helpful. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. I'm not skilled on internet or my own smart phone. Had it not been for the staff, one person in particular I never would have gotten a CareCard. Literally it took at least 2 hours or more b/c of all my failed attempts. I was ready to give up but the staff stepped in and with their knowledge they got me thru it. With everyone pitching in I finally got approved and got the card. They were very very patient with me.
