Carolina Professional Roof Systems did a great job with our commercial warehouse building in Winston-Salem, NC. I'm not sure how long it had been since the roof was done last but leaks were everywhere. Billy and his team used a silicone roof coating and restoration process that cured our old building and....now we have no leaks. He even preserved our skylights! Billy and his team were fantastic to work with the whole way, start to finish. He was careful and accurate in his estimate, made sure to repair damaged wood as they went along, guided us in color choices, and coordinated with another team to replace fascia board. The ROOF and GUTTERS turned out to look amazing. They have great attention to detail and Billy actively manages and supervises his team (plus he has some excellent onsite leaders as well). Explained everything thoroughly about the process and choices for shingles, worked with insurance company, arrived and worked on time as promised, cleaned up all debris and was careful not to damage shrubbery or gutters. Recommend !
