Bodenheimer Plumbing Services came out to replace a main line on the property we rent. They ripped out established plants, left ruts in the yard from large machinery equipment, in addition the ground was *not* smoothed back over (as stated in the invoice) and our yard is uneven, covered in red dirt. During the process , the technician did NOT communicate with us regarding the status of finished work. When we arrived home at the end of the day, the yard was destroyed and we weren't sure if the work was complete or if we could use our water. I absolutely would not recommend their services to anyone. They did not seem to be informed as to what they were doing, or where the issue was in regards to the initial evaluation by the supervisor. Severe lack of communication and professionalism.
