A plumber from Blaze installed my new kitchen faucet. The installation was fine, but when I complained that red should be hot and blue should be cold the installer insulted me by saying that the elderly cannot understand these things. I am a perfectly capable person with a college degree who does not have dementia. I take extreme umbrage with his statement and am highly insulted.

On July 15th we had an amazing team from Blaze (Ismail, Dylan and Charlie) here to replace our second floor AC and furnace and run new duct work for additional returns and supply registers. They worked all day in 100 degree heat outside and in the third floor and attic. They were very courteous to cover the carpets and anything else that could be affected by the cutting into the ceiling. They were very helpful in explaining things they needed to do. They worked extremely hard to get it all done in one day. They did an amazing job on installation, removal of old equipment and clean up. Highly recommend this team and company.

Derick the electrician was great. He took his time to understand what was needed and gave me options. He also told me about the companies membership which their other employee did not mention last week.
