VCA west is absolutely wonderful! Accommodating with all of my dogs needs. Knowledgeable and kind Veterinarian who explains everything and answers all of my questions. I know this staff truly cares for me and my dogs. Bonus- their Instagram page is awesome!
This place deserves more than 5 stars. From beginning to end was a good experience. My dog was so sick and they were on top of it every step of the way! He is now medicated and on his way to recovery!!! Chaos and i are so thankful . We'll be back for sure.
I had a great experience here. I'm from Los Angeles have been coming to Winston-Salem for a few weeks over the last year. This time I brought my 8 month old Pomeranian with me. I was able to get a same day appt at the VCA to have my puppy seen for cold/allergies. Dr. Groneck was really wonderful. He spent a lot of time with us going over medical history, vaccines, the issue itself and answered a bunch of my other questions. He didn't sell us on any unnecessary procedures or products. I wish he was my DR at the VCA in LA!
