Great prices and friendly, helpful employees. Service is okay. However, I'm docking two stars because they stapled their labels directly to my pants, rather than around the belt loops. And they did this not just with one staple, but two. So then I got to pick out tons of staples before I could wear my pants. No thanks. (They do get this right on shirts, where they loop their labels through button holes and don't staple them directly to the shirts.)They earned a star back, though, because they impressed me with their honesty. I thought I had lost a Montblanc pen on my last business trip, but discovered I had left it in my suitcoat pocket when it came back from... read full review
