I had been to this office before and I never had a problem until I went to have a extraction a couple of weeks ago and I had the absolute worst experience ever! The DSS came in and she asked me very little and I really couldn't understand her because of a thick accent of some sort She proceeded to give me the necessary numbing shots however she did not wait until I was completely numbing from the lidocaine and I told her I wasn't numbing and to wait, she didn't! She proceeded to give me 2 of the most painful shots I have ever experienced in my life! I was in excruciating pain from them but she could had cared less, she popped my tooth out and she and the assistant abruptly left leaving me stunned and dissy. I was handed a plastic bag with 2 gauge pads and instructions and out of nearly 300 bucks! I will not be returning and will be discourage any other who I know that may be considering going here!

If you have any good sense you'd stay far away from them... I went in today as a walk in for a broken tooth it was my first and last time ever going there. The dentist has no bedside manners everything seems rushed the dentist tried to pull my tooth but she couldn't get me completely numb so sent me home with a referral to a surgeon and antibiotics for infection she said it must be infected cause it hurts smh no prescription for pain meds so when the numbing wore off I could bare open my mouth my jaw hurt so bad the side of my face was in pain my inner ear was hurting I called them and the said sorry take the antibiotics and extra strength Tylenol it should help we don't prescribe narcotics I'm lady you just loosened. My tooth and left it like that I will never return I wish I could give zero stars

From the time I walked in the receptionist were very friendly, Desiny was very professional and, her personality is great and she makes you comfortable. The doctor and her assistant two wonderful ladies did a wonderful job. Just want you to know you have my business.
