While we finished a couple projects around the house and moved our stuff with the movers she placed an coming soon advertisement to drum up some interest. Once it started showing we had 10 to 12 showings in the first four days. We were on the road back to Colorado when Johnna sent us a large list of offers. We selected one and although it fell through (no fault of Johnna) she contacted a backup offer and we closed in a month. She worked most the paperwork electronically and the process was painless. Bottom line she got nearly $20,000 more than we wanted with only 4 days of showing. If you are looking for a realtor I know Johnna will do an outstanding job for you.“

“The initial move-in process was a nightmare. The previous tenant left the place in horrid condition, with the stove and carpets being a complete mess. To add to the woes, the plumbers digged up two large patches of cotton wipes. The house also had serious sewage problem, which management really took awhile before finally fixing it.

Once the initial hiccups were sorted out, living in the house was enjoyable. The surroundings were peaceful and pleasant, offering a serene atmosphere. However, I really disliked the neighbor, who often let their dogs roam unleashed (even two really big ones).

One of the highlights for me was the property's convenient distance to my workplace. This was a significant factor in my decision to rent the place and greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction and felicity.“
