My miniature dachshund had something in her rear leg tear and she could not use her leg any longer. Dr Brady at Points East is a miracle worker. He repaired my dog's leg and she is as if nothing ever happened. It was very scary but Dr Brady and the staff at Points East gave me and my wife solid reassurance that our pup would be fine. I only gave five stars because I could not find the place to give ten stars. If your pet needs surgery don't look any further than Points East. It is the UNC / Rex Hospital for animals JW
We had a wonderful experience at Points East. My dog ripped her dew claw, and we were in and out in about an hour. The staff was so kind, my dog loved them even though she was scared. The waiting and exam rooms are comfortable and they have great wifi to use while you wait. On top of it all they cost significantly less than our normal vet.
I am so grateful for Dr. Brady and all of the staff at Points East. As a vet tech that knows the correct standard of care I can say that they truly go above and beyond. My boy is home safe and sound after his splenectomy and from check in to check out I felt that my boy was getting the best of care. I was updated every step of the way and they were happy to take my check in calls. While I hope I never have to bring him back, I know that they will be exactly who I turn to if needed again.
