Modern Nails is THE best salon I’ve ever enjoyed this much. Jean (and hubby are owners) did such a painstakingly thorough job that I just couldn’t believe there was an artist who was both professionally knowledgeable AND great at customer service! She would do a step, put me under the UV light for curing, repeat and repeat! She took her time. Very friendly… I learned a lot, and not just about nails!!! She put on gel color after the manicure. I loved it so much that I also got the most delightful pedicure, with calluses removed an all! (Yes, I have been for pedicures at inferior salons, and could not really tell a difference.) Trinh & Nam are a wonderful couple who offer many beauty services at reasonable cost. Trinh listens to what you want & did an amazing job on my gel nails. Nam did a great foot massage & pedicure. I live in Goldsboro but I'll be back because it's worth the drive.

This was my first visit and I am definitely going back. Rachel was so kind and gentle. I was so impressed by how she listened to what I wanted and never once tried to talk me into something different. So glad I went to Modern Nail Salon.
