Dropped off a headliner on 7/8 told me he would have it done by the evening or next day which was Sunday. I had no issues and was willing to wait, I got a message on 7/12 asking what color was the material and claims they got the wrong color and would have to order the right one. He told me he would have it done by 8pm on 7/12 I was OK with that. On 7/13 he tells me they will have it done in a couple of hours, then he tells me he has an emergency which I understand I was asked again to pick up on 7/14 in the morning after not hearing back for a couple of days on 7/17 I messaged him and told him my wife would pick up. Like others, I paid a deposit and he never showed up to do the work. Won’t return messages or calls. I plan on reporting him too if I don’t receive a refund.Service: Upholstery repair
