Great way to start the New Year, our tire blew out while passing through Wilson on New Year's day. The tow truck driver recommended Dennis Jones and his team at Firestone. Even though they were extremely busy and booked all day, they were able to find tires to fit our car and get us back in the road quickly. They had excellent, courteous service and even went so far as to put tire shine on the tires to make them look their best. Can't recommend them highly enough.

On a trip to Greenville, NC on October 31st the "check tire" light came on and we went to Firestone to get air added to the tires. The tech was fast and friendly! We drove to Wilson, NC and just before we got there the "check tire" light came on again. Francisco had the car put up on the rack and they found a nail on the inside of one of the tires. The tire was quickly replaced and we were on our way. We were home in time to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters! Thank you!

Finest customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a vulnerable position, traveling on I95, when a nail punctured my tire and interrupted our trip. I put on the spare and looked up the nearest tire store, which was Firestone. Dennis recommended a replacement tire and was able to fit me into his schedule to get us back on the road. I am extremely appreciative of Dennis and his team and the service we received.
