I have been a client for more than ten years and use their service on a monthly basis. My home remains spider and bug free to my satisfaction. Once, I had an unexpected ant situation and they were highly responsive and solved the problem within 24 hours and scheduled a follow-up visit to make sure the situation was resolved. Amazing company. We moved into a rental home in september of 2019, the previous tenants had left the place a mess and many many roaches. Our landlord had another pest control company come to get rid of them but it wasn't working (they came 3 times). I read a couple reviews for empire and I was sold, I called them in May and i' just gonna say I should have called them sooner. They do such a great job and are so attentive.
