Support local. Bass Appliance is low-pressure sales (call Penny). They provide you with the information needed to make your decision. The installation team called ahead, were on time, and performed the install and removal quickly and professionally. Definitely heads above the "blue box" retail store.
Needed a new washing machine. Soooo dreaded the process. Did my research online and called and spoke with Rhonda. She talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I went in on my lunch hour and paid for it, set it up to be delivered and was done in no time. They could have delivered that day but it didn't work with my schedule. They called ahead of time the next day, to deliver. Super nice guys. They had to take it upstairs and were very careful not to damage anything. Bass Appliance is the best of the best. Makayla is Polite, Prompt, and Professional. She knows her stuff. She should be an example for people in customer service. They had my part in stock and now my washing machine is fixed. I wish everyone was this easy to do business with.
