Highly Highly Recommend this company. Today was my first time using this company. I had an appointment for HVAC routine maintenance. Shane & Alex arrived on time and notified me that they were on their way. I was very impressed with their knowledge, politeness, patience to answer my questions, honesty and professionalism through whole process. I would like to say as a woman some businesses will try to take advantage of situation and tell you this and that is wrong and say you need this or that done when you don't. I want to say I never once felt I was being mislead or taken advantage of. I even signed up for the HAVC & Plumbing routine maintenance because I felt the honesty and integrity these guys represented for B&J. In this day and time it's hard to find a business sometimes that has this level of honesty and values. I most definitely will be using this company again for any HAVC or Plumbing needs in the future. During my air conditioning system bi-annual check up they found some problems with my old system. We have had problems with it for a while. I have two systems in this old lady (house). I decided to have both systems replaced with new units. The very next day they came on time and exchange both systems. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Nice and friendly Outstanding job! Great experience
