Received bulbs that don't fit. Support tried to be helpful but over all a very painful process. Sent them back for credit and even that is a long painful process. Buy your bulbs elsewhere.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I purchased 3 sets of HID 6000k “bright white” lights for my vehicle. Their webpage directed me to order the wrong high beam to start. When I contacted them via chat, “Robert” was going to ship the correct light free of charge which was great. The issue is, once I paid to have these other 2 sets installed, they were BLUE. There was absolutely no white whatsoever on these lights. This is complete false advertisement. I contacted another person via chat, who refused to listen to me about what I was saying, blaming “daytime running lights”. Web based company that is all about the sale. Great customer service if you are buying or asking for a replacement set of lights but if you need more than that, not gonna happen. I have installed 2 sets of HID lights and on both sets one light will intermittently come on. Sometimes you can cycle the lights on/off to get them both to light up sometimes. Its really annoying to have such a short life to these and have to pay 39.95 to ship out a replacement set. Yes that is the lifetime warranty they so proudly advertise. I am certain they are even making a profit even at that price. If I were not the one doing the install I would have spent quite a bit of money on labor... read full review
